Working with Crystabel

Clients are visited in their homes or offices.
During your free first visit your ideas and preferences, along with your budget for the project, are discussed and any necessary measurements taken.
I will show you examples of my previous work, paint and fabric samples plus furnishing options.
A further contact can then be agreed if you decide to request a proposal.
You will then be sent a proposal letter with cost and time estimates.
Upon agreement and signature of the contract, work is commenced on the project.
During the second and subsequent visits, samples are shown to you and the design is developed and agreed.
Materials are non-returnable and I will require payment for them before ordering. Other costs such as labour will require staged payments throughout the project as agreed.
Trusted suppliers are always used and the design process is project-managed by Crystabel from beginning to end.
